ERT WheelThe EaseCap Response Team (ERT) mission is to Engage, Understand, Collaborate and Execute. This mission is integral to how we approach every client challenge. It is the key to our high client satisfaction and solution success rates.

As soon as you partner with EaseCap, our professionals begin working with you to identify the specific skill sets required for your project. We assign a team leader and one or more team members to serve those needs - from that moment, they are your ERT.

For you as our client, your ERT leader will meet with you to confirm the issues you want to address. At that point he will begin scheduling meetings with your staff to learn where they experience problems and where they see opportunities. From the beginning, you will have someone whose primary focus is your project. Your ERT leader will be with you from the initial meeting until you are completely happy with the project results.
