Mission
As lending professionals and investors, you provide financing for the properties where people live, work and play. We exist to help you in that role. Instead of merely reacting to mitigate losses, we help you optimize outcomes for all parties. This leads to greater returns, improved image and growth for your firm.
Our mission is to help mortgage lenders deal with challenges in their loan portfolios. We help you preempt potential challenges by confronting them before they pose a strategic threat. This helps you stay ahead of the curve, finding anomalies and managing the resulting challenges – or showing that your loans are performing as they should. In short, we help you align operational staff behaviors with strategic institutional priorities.
Background
Easetec AG began in 2000 as a spinoff from Rheinhyp, one of the leading German mortgage banks. We served as a leading advisor in the European real estate capital markets for several years. During that time, we gradually built a portfolio of technology solutions for the real estate debt capital markets.
In 2007, management exercised a leveraged buy-out of the company from TMF Group, the original investors. Since that time, we have focused on leveraging our existing technology portfolio and skill set to serve lenders and servicers in the global real estate debt capital markets.
