Management Team

The management team is a diverse group assembled from several industries.
The connecting thread is a consistent focus on delivering product and service excellence while building win-win relationships with customers and partners.

Jay Pittard (President and CEO) was most recently Chief Marketing Officer for Software Construction Company and Insurance Trading Partners, privately-held sister companies serving high-volume consumer lenders.  He is a Loan Officer licensed by the North Carolina Commissioner of Banks and he has been involved with providing technology solutions to the finance industry for over 25 years.

Phil Rutovitz (Chairman and CTO) is the Managing Director of easetec AG.  In this role, he was the chief architect of the EaseBox suite of products for structured finance.  He has been recognized internationally for his technology contributions to the field.

Thomas Ziegler (Vice President for Development) is heading up software development on a contract basis and is a key investor in the firm.  Thomas has been Managing Director of Reporting-Online GmbH since 2002, supporting a wide range of clients involved with commercial mortgage-backed securities.

Jeff Lee (Vice President, Infrastructure Operations) is also the CEO of Talkbus, a leading provider of specialized telephone systems.  Jeff is a key investor and operator of the 24x7 data center where our secure redundant server farm resides.

Gary Ottosi (Vice-President, Support Operations) has held senior management positions with SpecraSite, InphoMatch and Nextel, serving in the engineering and support field for over 25 years.  This group will be guided by the Board of Directors and by an Advisory Board of experts in related fields.

Background

EaseCAP Solutions was incorporated in 2006.  Its founding partners come from mortgage lending, structured finance, information systems and telecommunications.  As we said on the home page, we got our start because we head a variety of complaints from different participants in the mortgage lending business – and we realized that we were in a position to offer something better.

This was in 2004.  During the course of the next two years, the team was slowly put together.  Today, we have a top-flight team of professionals dedicated to serving the mortgage finance industry from initial borrower contact through investor purchase of securitized issues.
